Tamper Evident Labels on Rolls

Digitally printed tamper evident security labels on rolls. Custom printed ultra-destructible or VOID security labels designed to prevent tampering.

Tamper evident labels on rolls are an essential security measure for any business that wants to protect its products or assets from tampering or theft. These labels are designed to break apart or leave a VOID message when someone tries to tamper with them, making it easy to detect any signs of interference.

Tamper Evident Labels can be referred to by many different names, including security labels, destructible labels, void labels, tamperproof labels and anti-tamper labels.

There are two main types of tamper evident labels. The first is a label made from a break-away "frangible" material. These labels have a permanent adhesive and look like normal poly labels, but if someone tries to tamper with or remove them, they break into hundreds of tiny pieces. The second is a label that, when removed, reveals a VOID pattern on the material it's applied to. This instantly highlights any unauthorised access or tampering.

Our tamper evident products are available in any shape and any size from a small 20 x 20mm up to 310 x 190mm.

Whether you're looking to protect high-value items such as electronic devices or pharmaceuticals, or simply want to ensure that your products arrive at their destination without any interference, our tamper evident labels are the perfect solution.

Please Note: Tamper evident labels are not suitable for application onto every material, so we recommend ordering a free sample pack to test the labels on your intended surface before placing an order with your design.

Printing
We digitally print using a high resolution 4 colour (CMYK) process to print all logos, text and background colours onto our products.

Pantone® Colours
If Pantone® colours are used in your design we will use the CMYK Pantone® matching system to print your stickers using CMYK inks. Please note: There are many Pantone® colours that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colours. If you use a Pantone® colour that cannot be matched it will be converted to the closest CMYK colour available. If printing on a vinyl other than white, the colour or effect of the vinyl may affect the final printed colour.

Please Note
All email orders will be given a PDF proof before production. Orders placed on the website will be approved as part of the ordering process.

Product FAQs

How are the tamper evident labels supplied?

Tamper evident labels are supplied on rolls, not sheets.

All of our labels on rolls are supplied on cardboard cores ready for you to peel and apply. The width of the rolls will vary depending on the size of your label and unless your label is very large, you will receive more than one roll to make up the total quantity. For example, if you ordered 1000 small (20 x 20mm) labels you would receive 4 rolls of 250 labels each. We always print labels with the shortest edge first off the roll. For landscape designs, this will be the left edge of the design first. For portrait, square or circle designs, this will be the bottom edge of the design first. If you need a custom rotation or orientation for your labels on rolls, please contact us.

Can compostable paper labels be laminated?

No, we don't offer lamination on our tamper evident labels range as lamination would prevent them from working as intended.

What is the minimum and maximum size for a tamper evident label?

Minimum size: 20 x 20mm
Maximum size: 310 x 190mm
Radius corners: Optional

What shapes can I choose from?

Our label products are available in almost any shape you can think of. On our website you can choose from: Rectangle, Square, Circle, Diamond and Oval. Once you have chosen your shape you will have full control of the width, height and corner radius (if applicable) to tailor it to your requirements.

If you would like to specify a custom shape or have the sticker / label contour-cut around the edge of your design / logo, you have two options:

1) Customers with print-ready files made to the specifications on our artwork page can choose "Custom" as the shape when ordering and upload the file(s) online. You can then add the product to your shopping cart and checkout online.

2) Please email us, attach your logo/design and explain your requirements. Our graphic designers will be happy to put together a design for you to approve.
