Printed Plotter Cut Stickers
Printed
plotter cut self-adhesive stickers without a background. We print onto a
white vinyl, plotter cut your design and remove the background.
Application tape keeps your design in position so it can be applied in
one go.
Printed plotter cut stickers are like our Vinyl Lettering & Logos product, but printed with any number of colours rather than being cut from a single colour material. These are perfect for creating multi-coloured signs, vehicle branding and outdoor stickers onto flat surfaces.
After
being printed, your design is accurately plotter-cut and the waste
material is removed to leave your multi-colour design. We then apply a
transparent application tape over the top so it's easy for you to lift
your entire design off the backing paper and apply in one go.
Our printed plotter cut stickers have the following benefits:
- Accurate plotter-cutting to almost any shape
- Strong adhesion
- Waterproof and weatherproof
- Non-yellowing
- No setup fees
- No design fees

Technical Information
Printing
We digitally print using a high resolution 4 colour (CMYK) process to
print all logos, text and background colours onto our products.
Pantone® Colours
If Pantone® colours are used in your design we will use the CMYK Pantone® matching system to print your stickers using CMYK inks. Please note: There are many Pantone® colours that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colours. If you use a Pantone® colour that cannot be matched it will be converted to the closest CMYK colour available. If printing on a vinyl other than white, the colour or effect of the vinyl may affect the final printed colour.

All email orders will be given a PDF proof before production. Orders placed on the website will be approved as part of the ordering process.
